The role entails supporting the day-to-day operation of an online store, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Enhance product descriptions across all listings for clarity and conversion effectiveness.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify errors or outdated information and implement corrections.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stock-related issues.
- Respond to customer reviews on the platform to maintain brand trust and engagement.
- Update visual content, including banners, landing pages, and product images as required.
- Coordinate with vendors for inventory management, purchase orders, and fulfillment tracking.
- At least one year of experience in e-commerce or related Shopify roles.
- Proficiency in using Shopify and associated tools.
- Highly organized, self-sufficient individual with excellent time management skills.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
