You will be designing visually appealing ads for paid social media platforms working closely with creative strategists to turn insights into effective visuals across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling static and motion ads optimized for performance across multiple platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
  • Translate creative briefs and strategic insights into high-performing visuals that drive key metrics like click-through rate, hook rate, and conversion value ratio.
  • Maintain a strong sense of visual hierarchy, pacing, and platform-native design across all assets.
Collaboration and Creative Ideation
  • Partner with creative strategists and paid media managers to bring data-backed creative concepts to life.
  • Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions and creative reviews bringing fresh ideas rooted in cultural and platform trends.
Optimization and Performance Feedback Loop
  • Regularly review performance data and creative test results iterating on designs to improve engagement and conversion outcomes.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in performance-focused graphic and motion design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating paid social ad design across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
