We are currently seeking a skilled People Operations Specialist to join our global team. This key role is responsible for delivering a responsive, employee-centered experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, job changes, and terminations.
  • Provide tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools.
  • Coordinate pre-hire onboarding steps and virtual I-9 processing for US employees.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records.
  • Support basic HR reporting needs.
  • Contribute to maintaining process documentation and driving consistency across global operations.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work in a US Pacific Time zone.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in People Operations for a global organization.
  • Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and experience with data management in an HRIS.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze and validate data accurately and thoroughly.
  • Strong professional proficiency in written and verbal English.
