Senior Consultant - Solution Design

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team, responsible for developing tailored solutions to meet client needs and facilitating client interaction sessions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in BPO/BPM industries, with managerial experience in customer service operations. Prior experience in solution design is preferred.

The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about contact center operations, including RFP processes and bid management. They will also be willing to work onsite at Taguig.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Client Engagement: Developing solutions to suit client needs and facilitating client interaction sessions.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing market intelligence and competitive data within a specific domain.
  • Process Enhancement: Participating in ongoing process improvement initiatives to achieve project goals.
  • Contract Management: Drafting and reviewing Statements of Work (SOW) to define contractual terms for specific solutions.
  • Collateral Development: Leading and guiding team members in creating marketing materials such as flyers, case studies, and other collateral.
