Accounting Associate

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Associate to join our team. This role involves providing financial support and maintaining accurate records for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Perform monthly close processes, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Document and maintain internal controls and processes.
  • Collaborate with clients to obtain documentation and information.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional communication at all times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with full-cycle bookkeeping.
  • Experience with cloud-based bookkeeping software preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
