Business Development Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Agent to join our team at Leaftel Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging potential business clients in real-time, understanding their needs, and offering our company's products and services to close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focused on cold calling to identify client needs and recommend company products/services, with minimal support from email and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads and manage inquiries to convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about offers and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide feedback to improve products and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B sales, telesales, or customer support experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Comfortable with long and complex sales cycles.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in challenging and rewarding sales environment.
- Strong time management, organization, and deadline adherence.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Open to ongoing training and development.
- Experience with appointment setting and LinkedIn is a plus.
