We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QuickBooks Certified Accountant to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing financial data using QuickBooks software, as well as training and supporting staff in achieving QuickBooks certifications.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide training and support to staff members in achieving QuickBooks certifications.
  2. Develop materials and resources to assist staff in mastering QuickBooks software.
  3. Conduct workshops to enhance staff proficiency in QuickBooks.
  4. Assist staff in preparing for and successfully completing QuickBooks certification exams.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial data or software usage.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  7. Stay updated on the latest features and updates in QuickBooks software and provide recommendations for implementation.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with QuickBooks software in a professional setting.
  3. Valid QuickBooks certification.
  4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  5. Experience training people on QuickBooks software and helping them achieve certifications.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Detail-oriented and organized.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus.
