Job Description:

Seeking a proactive administrator to manage Atlassian tools and systems.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience with administration, workflow & automation, project configuration & reporting, billing & cost optimisation, integration & add-ons, user support & training, and governance & continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administration: Manage users, groups, roles, and permissions; perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and backups.
  • Workflow & Automation: Design and optimize workflows, fields, screens, and automation rules to reduce manual effort.
  • Project Configuration & Reporting: Create and maintain projects, boards, dashboards, filters, and actionable reports.
  • Billing & Cost Optimisation: Track licenses, reconcile invoices, right-size tiers, and recommend savings on apps and subscriptions.
  • Integration & Add-ons: Evaluate, implement, and maintain Marketplace apps; integrate Jira with CI/CD, chat, and other business tools.
  • User Support & Training: Provide second-line support, run training sessions, and maintain clear documentation and knowledge articles.
  • Governance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure security and compliance, document configurations, and champion ongoing process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

At least 2+ years of proven Jira/Atlassian administration experience (cloud).

Solid grasp of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and ITSM (ITIL, SLAs, queues).

Experience managing SaaS licenses, budgets, or cost-control initiatives.

Scripting/automation (Groovy, Jira Automation, REST API) and strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent English communication; comfortable training non-technical users.

Reliable home office setup and stable internet connection.
