Key Responsibilities
  • Process Enhancement & Automation
    • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and system integration.
    • Develop and implement workflows and automation strategies within operational platforms.
  • System Implementation & Integration
    • Configure and optimize various systems for employee documentation, disciplinary tracking, and store management checklists.
    • Oversee labor and payroll reporting, ensuring automated compliance checks and labor budgeting controls.
    • Implement and refine financial and operational reporting systems.
  • Reporting & Performance Monitoring
    • Design real-time dashboards and reporting systems that track key operational metrics and performance indicators.
    • Continuously monitor system effectiveness and implement improvements post-integration.
  • Training & Support
    • Develop user-friendly documentation and training materials to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
    • Provide hands-on training and support for teams during implementation.
