About the Role

The Financial Operations Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing a team that handles sales auditing, reconciliation, and reporting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of auditors to ensure timely submission of reconciled/audited sales reports
  • Monitoring and verifying the correctness and completeness of sales transactions in the system
  • Investigating discrepancies and coordinating with relevant departments for resolution
  • Preparing weekly summary reports on audit findings for reference by other departments
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or related field
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in sales auditing
  • Strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities
  • Highly analytical and well-organized with excellent interpersonal skills
