At Executive Optical, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of managing financial operations, leading teams, and driving business growth.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Job Description:

The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. This will involve working closely with senior management, department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure that financial goals and objectives are met.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high levels of performance. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business growth.

A key responsibility of this role will be to manage the company's financial systems, processes, and procedures, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

In addition to their technical skills and knowledge, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently, with minimal supervision. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The Financial Operations Manager will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will be an integral member of the executive team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in a similar industry;
  • Proven track record of success in financial management, leadership, and team development;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams;
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in financial software, such as ERP systems and Excel;
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks effectively;
