Job Description

The primary objective of this position is to design and implement technical solutions that support a Digital Experience & Ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in solution architecture, technology trends, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of solutions engineers and provide guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Set clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics for the team.
  • Facilitate solution design and high-level solution assessment peer reviews.
Solution Engineering:
  • Design API specifications for digital channels.
  • Collaborate with technical enablers to deliver user-friendly, competitive, and relevant digital channels.
  • Apply best practices and industry standards to establish solution architecture and design.
  • Enable data analytics and performance monitoring to ensure channel stability and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and project management to gather requirements.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to present and communicate solution designs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on solution design strategies.
Solution Implementation:
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth transition from design to implementation.
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance during implementation.
  • Monitor and evaluate solution performance.
Industry Knowledge and Continuous Learning:
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and emerging solutions.
  • Share knowledge and insights with the team.
  • Participate in professional development activities.
KPIs:
  • Solution Quality, Accuracy, and Timeliness driven by Mock APIs and Contract Testing.
  • No Solution Gaps delivered within defined Service Level Agreement.
  • Low Variance on Cost and Duration High-Level Estimates.
Hiring Requirements:

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in IT and Telco industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in implementing Web/Mobile App Projects.
  • Knowledgeable on Web and Mobile Application Development Technologies.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript.
  • Basic knowledge of Cloud Services, Databases structure, and queries.
  • Experience with Mock API and Contract Testing.
Nice To Have:
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps Tools and Agile Delivery.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and practices.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of technology trends, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and data analytics.
  • Telco experience preferred.
Soft Skills:
  • Proven experience in solution design, preferably in a managerial role with direct reports.
  • Strong understanding of solution architecture principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in working with clients and managing stakeholder relationships.
