Solutions Architect Lead

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting project teams in delivering Dayforce configuration that meet best practices, providing support to clients awaiting implementation of their Dayforce product, and developing long-term solutions to fix configuration gaps identified by Dayforce customers post go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm and gather requirements for rework solutioning
- Identify data and configuration issues, and architect a scalable and robust solution
- Ensure timely completion of projects across various Dayforce modules
- Mentor and consult with team members on implementation process gaps and best practices
Requirements:
- High level of proficiency in SQL, XML, and XSLT
- Previous experience in support, consulting, and/or project management specifically in the HCM space
- Certification in the HCM space, such as CPA Payroll Compliance Legislation and Payroll Fundamentals
