Product Adoption Specialist

The primary objective of this position is to assume a mission-critical role in retaining and growing our customer base. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for building loyalty, preventing churn, and helping customers extract maximum value from our platform.
This role goes beyond onboarding and support; it requires an individual who can turn users into advocates and relationships into long-term partnerships.
Key responsibilities include developing deep knowledge of our platform and use cases, guiding clients in adopting features that improve their workflow and ROI, nurturing customer health from onboarding through renewal, negotiating renewal terms, and proactively managing churn risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Prior experience in Account Management or Customer Success, especially in roles focused on retention and product adoption.
- Comfortable working non-standard hours to support Australian clients.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills – confident, personable, and professional on frequent client calls.
- Experience with client demos and presenting product value.
- Ability to manage a high-volume client portfolio with structured, rotational engagement.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and internal communication tools like Microsoft Teams.
