We are seeking a dynamic Public Relations and Communications Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the company's journalistic and public relations work. This includes researching, covering and writing business stories, as well as creating engaging content for our social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, journalism or public relations, with excellent writing, communication and organizational skills. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and write engaging articles on business topics
  • Create and schedule weekly newsletters and podcast features
  • Pitch and write press releases on newsworthy topics
  • Manage public affairs and media efforts, including writing op-eds and mobilizing editorial campaigns
  • Develop graphics and other creative assets
  • Oversee social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, journalism or public relations
  • Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and resourceful individual
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Google and project management tools
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with email marketing and graphic design
  • Knowledge of SEO and social media advertising
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
