Technical Implementation Specialist

The Technical Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring new clients are successfully implemented. This involves managing technical integrations, API connectivity, and related workflows during the onboarding process.

  • Manage multiple technical projects simultaneously
  • Configure and test CRM integrations, APIs, and other connected systems
  • Diagnose and resolve integration issues, working closely with product and engineering teams
  • Document and refine integration processes to improve efficiency and minimize recurring issues
  • Perform thorough end-to-end testing of integrations before launch
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical implementation or technical account management
  • Experience with CRM platforms and API integrations
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
