Senior FP&A Professional

Job Description:

As a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional, you will play a key role in transforming planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for large multinational organizations. You will leverage technology to enhance financial planning processes and serve as a subject matter expert for FP&A processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for FP&A processes and technologies, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning software.
  • Collaborate with a team of seasoned analysts to develop authoritative research and advice that directly addresses the priorities and challenges of senior finance leaders.
  • Deliver high-quality advice through face-to-face and video-based presentations and discussions with clients.
  • Stay ahead of developments and issues across financial planning technologies and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience leading FP&A teams in large multinational organizations with demonstrated experience in transforming planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Strong knowledge of various FP&A automation vendors and technologies associated with financial planning processes, data analysis/modelling.
  • Experience in integrating financial planning process with operational and business strategic plans emphasizing planning agility, scenario planning, and Integrated business planning.
  • Established track record serving as a strategic partner/trusted advisor to the CFO, collaborating closely on strategic initiatives and financial decision making.
