Marketing Design Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Designer to join our team. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong background in design and marketing.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3–5 years of design experience within a creative agency or advertising firm
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (InDesign a plus)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work
  • An excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Clear communication and strong collaboration skills

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing engaging marketing materials for digital and print platforms

  • Supporting ongoing advertising efforts with creative updates and new ideas

  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Background in sports, athletics, or apparel branding
  • Familiarity with Meta, Google, and display ad formats and requirements
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
  • Knowledge of email design best practices, including mobile optimization, accessibility, and CTA hierarchy
