About The Role:

You will lead our global social strategy, designing, steering, and improving our social media presence across key platforms. This includes creating engaging content, analyzing performance, and optimizing channels for maximum impact.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop and roll out a solid social media strategy with strong content planning and storytelling frameworks.
    • Lead daily social operations across global social platforms, ensuring timely content posting and fostering effective engagement with followers.
  • Ideation and Analysis:
    • Lead the creation and execution of social media content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
    • Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media performances using tools like Falcon IO and Tableau.
    • Continuously test and optimize our organic social media channels, audiences, visual creatives, and copy.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
    • Lead and develop a lean and mean global social marketing team.
    • Partner closely with HQ marketing functions to amplify key campaigns through social.
    • Ensure full visibility and clarity group-wide on global social initiatives by effectively coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

Critical Success Factors & Key Challenges:

  • Social channel performance: traffic, NSBR, CR%, NC, followership, reach, engagement.
  • Global Social Operations Excellence.
  • Team retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced environment or global context and preferably with managerial experience.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A performance-driven attitude with a hunger and thirst for results.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A high degree of professionalism, work ethic, judgment, and keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with trends and best practices in social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong proficiency in video-editing software such as Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro/CapCut.
  • Comfortable being in front of the camera.
  • Experience in photography, videography, and basic graphic design will be a plus.
