Mergers and Acquisitions Broker

Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned expert with a track record of success in mergers and acquisitions, sales, or brokering. The role requires exceptional negotiation skills, the ability to navigate complex deal-making processes, and a strong understanding of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client relationships and provide strategic advice on transaction structures and valuation strategies.
  • Manage listings for existing sellers and support their sales journey, ensuring timely and efficient communication throughout the process.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, leveraging market insights and data analysis to drive successful transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement new business development strategies, identify opportunities for growth, and enhance overall platform performance.
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships, including buyers, sellers, and industry partners, to drive referrals and repeat business.
  • Support cross-functional teams in presenting business proposals and negotiate optimal transaction terms, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene using tools such as HubSpot to track leads, interactions, and opportunities effectively, ensuring all sales activity is accurately documented to support reporting, forecasting, and collaboration across departments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in M&A, Brokering or Sales, preferably with a proven track record of success in deal-making and business development.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, financial analysis, and valuation methodologies.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Results-driven and independent, with a high level of organization and adaptability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
