  • Client & Lead Management

    • Send reminders and updates to clients regarding showings, property details, and deadlines to ensure timely action.
  • Marketing & Social Media
    • Create, edit, and post engaging property listings on real estate platforms to attract potential clients.
    • Design and send effective email marketing campaigns to promote properties and build brand awareness.
    • Manage social media accounts and post captivating content to promote properties and engage with clients.
  • Transaction Coordination
    • Track deadlines for contracts and ensure all parties meet required timelines to facilitate smooth transactions.
    • Communicate with relevant professionals involved in transactions to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Market Research
    • Conduct thorough research on property values, market trends, and neighborhood information to inform real estate decisions.
    • Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to support informed real estate decisions.
