- Marketing & Social Media
- Create, edit, and post engaging property listings on real estate platforms to attract potential clients.
- Design and send effective email marketing campaigns to promote properties and build brand awareness.
- Manage social media accounts and post captivating content to promote properties and engage with clients.
- Transaction Coordination
- Track deadlines for contracts and ensure all parties meet required timelines to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Communicate with relevant professionals involved in transactions to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Market Research
- Conduct thorough research on property values, market trends, and neighborhood information to inform real estate decisions.
- Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to support informed real estate decisions.
