Job Title: Real Estate Transaction Specialist">

As a detail-oriented and experienced professional, we are seeking an individual to manage all aspects of the title processing cycle for real estate transactions.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Review contracts, title commitments, closing disclosures, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and procedural requirements.
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to gather necessary documents and communicate professionally and promptly with all parties involved in the transaction.
  • Track deadlines and update transaction statuses throughout the process while maintaining organized digital records of all transaction documents.
  • Prepare files for closing and ensure timely submission of all paperwork.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in real estate transactions, including familiarity with title work, closings, and real estate documentation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a remote setup.
  • Proficient with digital tools, email, and document handling platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
