
Real Estate Transaction Specialist

Our organization requires a dedicated Closing Coordinator to ensure seamless real estate transactions. This role demands administrative and transactional expertise, maintaining high accuracy and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Transaction Management: Oversee real estate escrow transactions by fulfilling all requirements, collecting and reviewing necessary documents for compliance and accuracy, preparing and reviewing CD/HUD forms using lender instructions, assembling and reviewing closing documents to ensure completeness and accuracy, calculating prorated taxes and interest for accurate financial disbursements, preparing and disbursing checks as part of the closing process, balancing and disbursing funds to close escrow accounts.
- Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Comply with regulatory requirements by adhering to legal and industry standards throughout the closing process, ensuring documentation and processes meet regulatory needs, maintaining high compliance standards.
- Client Experience Enhancement: Enhance client satisfaction by providing support and information throughout the closing process, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, collaborating with clients, lenders, and agents to ensure a smooth closing process, identifying opportunities to improve the client experience.
- At least three years of experience as an Escrow Officer, Closing Coordinator, or Transaction Coordinator, one year of remote work experience is beneficial, demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and concerns efficiently, familiarity with real estate closing processes and regulatory requirements, clear English communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, knowledge of Accutitle, Front, and Vonage tools.
- Additional experience with other real estate software, willingness to learn new tools and processes, active pursuit of education or certifications relevant to real estate closing and escrow management.
- Someone who demonstrates initiative, independence, and adaptability, actively seeking clarification, recognized for reliability and trustworthiness, consistently delivering efficient results, excels in collaborative environments and independent settings, adeptly manages priorities, displays organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail, is a problem solver and adjusts communication styles based on the audience.
