We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Physics Research Sales & Services Corp.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to take on new challenges in construction projects across Visayas and Mindanao regions. The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • To design, develop, and maintain infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards;
  • To collaborate with project teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, timelines, and budgets;
  • To conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality control;
  • To provide technical expertise and support to project teams, including developing and implementing plans, strategies, and solutions;
  • To communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and partners, to ensure clear understanding of project goals, objectives, and progress;
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
  • A valid driver's license and ability to operate a motorcycle and vehicle;
  • At least 1 year of experience in construction projects, preferably in a leadership or management capacity;
  • Excellent technical knowledge and skills, including design, development, and implementation of infrastructure projects;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively;

Location

You will be based in Visayas and Mindanao regions, with regular travel to project sites required.
