About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff, as well as identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
In addition, the HR Supervisor will perform various administrative tasks, accurately process paperwork, and counsel staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures. They will also be responsible for keeping up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and for providing progress reports on document status/maintaining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Psychology or a related field, and at least 5 years of work experience in HR, with 3 years of experience as a Supervisor. They will also be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff
- Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth
- Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork
- Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
- Providing progress reports on document status/maintaining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
