Home-Based E-commerce Program Manager Position

This is a remote opportunity for an experienced program manager to oversee e-commerce operations from home. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and monitor e-commerce platform performance.
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless integration and testing of templates/products.
  • Inspect website elements to ensure visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries from sales associates and customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an e-commerce role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications, with basic exposure to Adobe Creative Cloud.
