Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our Business Development team remotely. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and organizing high-quality data for our BDRs and Account Executives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in data research, scraping, or lead generation roles, preferably in a startup or high-velocity sales environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a bias toward action and iteration are essential.

Job Description
  • Identify qualified homeowners, brokers, and property listings across platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, Zillow, Realtor.com, and more.
  • Maintain a clear filter for what constitutes a qualified lead based on market, property type, and ownership profile.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in data research, scraping, or lead generation role—ideally in a startup or high-velocity sales environment.
  • Experience setting up and managing a first-class CRM, ideally Hubspot.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high bar for data cleanliness.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a bias toward action and iteration.
