Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to design and develop metrics, reports, and analyses to support business decisions.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with skilled professionals who value employee satisfaction and work-life balance.

Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing metrics, reports, dashboards, and analyses to support business decisions
  • Conducting large-scale data analysis and modeling to derive insights
  • Reviewing outputs for trends and patterns
  • Collaborating with the team to perform root cause analyses and recommend improvements
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX
  • Extensive coding experience with M Language, SQL, and/or BigQuery
  • Experience in KPI dashboard development and automation
  • Strong visualization skills – charts, bars, images, dynamic reports, etc.
  • Some exposure to Procurement, Planning, and Product Lifecycle Management functions
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
