About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Account Growth and Upselling:

Performance Reporting:

  • Review key performance indicators (KPIs) with clients and adjust strategies accordingly.
Industry Awareness and Strategy:
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to bring innovative ideas to client strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing account management or similar roles.
  • Understanding of channels like SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Experience with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • CRM or project management software familiarity is a plus.
