We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Financing Coordinator to manage the end-to-end financing process for clients. This role involves coordinating loan or credit applications, liaising with financial institutions, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies, and providing exceptional customer service to support a smooth financing experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with completing financing applications and gathering required documentation.
  • Submit and track financing applications with banks, lenders, or financial institutions.
  • Communicate loan approval status and explain financing terms to clients.
  • Ensure all financing paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable regulations.
  • Maintain relationships with lending partners and stay updated on financing products.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, accounting) to support smooth transactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to financing options, payment plans, or credit terms.
  • Prepare regular reports on financing activities, approval rates, and pending applications.
