Disaster Relief Customer Service Agent

Are you looking for a challenging opportunity to make a difference in disaster relief efforts? As a remote contingent contact center agent, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with service inquiries and providing exceptional customer experience.
">Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Assist customers with service inquiries, learn common requests and solutions, improve customer experience, and escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels.
- Troubleshooting: Evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues with a high level of reliability and punctuality.
- Communication: Possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
- Teamwork: Strong team orientation and customer focus, with the ability to build relationships with your team and customers.
- Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), basic understanding of Windows operating systems, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Personality: Customer service oriented, empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious, with an aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation.
