Procurement Assistant

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to provide support in sourcing, purchasing, and monitoring materials and services needed by the company.

  • Assist in the preparation of Request for Order (RFO) and Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Source and canvass materials, supplies, and services while ensuring quality and competitive pricing
  • Support supplier accreditation and maintain updated records of accredited vendors
  • Participate in supplier evaluations and performance monitoring
  • Track and follow up orders to ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement requirements with operational needs
  • Maintain and update procurement records, files, and reports
  • Inspect delivered products/services for quality and accuracy against specifications
  • Provide optimal customer service to internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing; background in retail or media industry is an advantage
  • Must have experience with engineering or construction related industries
  • Familiarity with SAP or other procurement systems is preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
