Job Title: Merchant Acquisition Representative - Telecommunications Services

Employment type: Full-time Remote

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 9 AM–5 PM EST (US time)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven professional to fill the role of Merchant Acquisition Representative – Telecommunications Services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a confident speaking voice, and prior experience in outbound sales or cold calling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, introducing our telecommunications services, overcoming objections, and scheduling qualified appointments with senior-level decision makers. Additionally, they will maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in our CRM system and work independently while contributing to the overall team's success.

Our team is looking for someone who can effectively handle objections, provide clear and persuasive responses, and achieve or exceed daily/weekly calling and appointment-setting targets. If you have a strong background in sales, a proven track record of success in cold calling, and excellent organizational and time management skills, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Knowledge of telecommunications services or payment processing solutions
  • Experience working with CRM tools for tracking leads and performance
  • Fluent in English with a neutral or professional accent
  • Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in merchant services, payments, or financial services
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections confidently
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
