About the Role:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract information in Coupa, including start dates, alerts for notice periods, auto-renewal, and assigning contract owners.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve the procurement process and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to provide guidance on procurement policies and best practices.
  • Managing updates about the Procurement Ops team on internal platforms like the Intranet and Slack.
