Job Description:

Power Factors seeks a skilled technical support professional to join our team. As a member of the Global Customer Support department, you will play a pivotal role in resolving complex technical challenges and providing top-notch support to our customers.

As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries, troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, gather detailed information about technical issues, and document solutions for future reference. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will need to be able to think on your feet, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and support tools, including CRM platforms and ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of SaaS products and technologies, database management, cloud computing, and computer networking fundamentals
