Technical Support Specialist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team as a Technical Support Specialist.

The primary focus of this role will be to provide frontline technical support via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with technical issues, requiring strong customer-facing skills and the ability to troubleshoot problems efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support via multiple channels (phone, email, live chat) while adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Troubleshooting issues using step-by-step procedures and provided tools to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Managing support tickets and inquiries, ensuring consistent meeting of performance goals and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Collaborating with leadership in daily coaching sessions for training, feedback, and review purposes.
  • Adapting between support channels based on business needs and ensuring situational awareness when managing client expectations.
  • Maintaining schedule adherence within the designated coverage window.
Training Path

Our comprehensive training program includes:

  • Intensive product training during week one.
  • Email ticket management with daily performance goals from weeks two to five.
  • Transition to chat support or direct phone support after completing email training.
  • Ongoing hands-on training with assessments, coaching, and structured documentation for success.
Required Skills

Must-Haves:

  • A reliable internet connection with speeds exceeding 200 MBPS.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer success roles.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in handling live chat, phone, and email support.
  • Proven track record of meeting KPIs and SLA goals, such as CSAT, response/wait times, resolution rates, and call/chat handling metrics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and situational awareness.
  • Ability to work within structured processes and adhere to strict schedules.
