We are seeking a compassionate Patient Advocate to support patients navigating the complexities of healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with healthcare providers and pharmacies to ensure seamless access to medical care.
Key responsibilities include enrolling patients in aid programs, managing post-enrollment tasks, reviewing patient information for accuracy, escalating denials, and coordinating medication deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients
- Offer emotional support and empathy to patients
- Identify opportunities to improve Atlas products and services

Requirements- Proven experience in a high-performance environment
- Hands-on experience working in healthcare
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider
- Minimum upload speed of 2 Mbps
- Minimum download speed of 5 Mbps
- Ethernet ports wired for gigabit speed connections
- Availability of at least two Ethernet connections to the internet source
