About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Trade Marketing Associate to join our Commercial - Trade Marketing team.

This role acts as the frontline for execution of Trade Marketing, engaging directly with field sales teams and customers to strengthen execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Lead: Communicate resource availability, ensure delivery, engage field sales teams, provide recommendations for improvement, and handle tactical Trade Marketing activities.
  • Organize and Control: Respond to field sales queries, conduct store visits, monitor trade marketing initiatives, gather field information, ensure compliance with execution timelines, and utilize SAP for monitoring resources and reporting analysis.

Educational Background: Graduate of B.S. Marketing or any business-related course with good scholastic records.

Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience in marketing or sales-related work; open to fresh graduates.
