We are seeking a seasoned software professional to assume a pivotal role as a technical leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions, driving technical excellence across multiple teams, and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive technical strategies to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance overall performance.

  • Mentor and coach cross-functional teams to optimize technical capabilities, resolve complex issues, and drive innovation.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, align technical direction, and ensure seamless execution.

  • Analyze and interpret technical data to inform business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted solutions.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain our competitive edge and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in software engineering, preferably with 5-7 years of experience and at least 2-3 years in technical leadership or management roles.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, foster a culture of collaboration, and promote technical excellence.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into actionable insights.

  • Proven track record of driving innovation, improving processes, and delivering results in fast-paced environments.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Points:

  • Hands-on experience in Transportation/Mobility as a Service (TMaas) or related industries.

  • Prior startup experience.

  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, PMP, or similar.

  • Experience leading cloud-native, mobile-first, or large-scale distributed systems.
