Job Description

The Employee Service Center is seeking a skilled professional to support Comprehensive Service and TotalSource (PEO and ASO) clients by providing guidance and research in response to a wide variety of questions and issues presented by participants, HR, and third-party vendors.

The person in this role will use multiple tools and resources to develop an accurate and comprehensive response to inquiries. They will interface with multiple business partners such as payroll, HR, and benefits, and may collaborate with third-party vendors on resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and research responses to a wide variety of questions and issues presented by participants, HR, and third-party vendors.
  • Use multiple tools and resources to develop accurate and comprehensive responses to inquiries.
  • Interface with business partners such as payroll, HR, and benefits; collaborate with third-party vendors as needed to resolve issues.
  • Support seamless client interactions and maintain familiarity with common payroll, benefits, and HR questions across multiple applications.
  • Progress through the job family by increasing independence, handling more complex calls, and possibly specializing in a subject area; assist less experienced representatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or advisory roles related to HR, payroll, or benefits is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, research, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple systems and tools; comfort with collaboration across teams and with external vendors.
