Rockford Marketing Corporation: HR Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Rockford Marketing Corporation in Manila City. As an HR Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the human resources functions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR strategies with the company's overall business objectives
  • Foster a positive, engaged, and productive work environment
  • Mentor and develop HR team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a consulting or fast-paced environment
  • Strong working knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive HR initiatives
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Relevant HR certifications or a degree in Human Resources or a related field
