Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field, as well as at least two years of experience in human resources. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage HR records, issue employment contracts, and coordinate day-to-day activities with the HR Manager.

Responsibilities

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing HR records, including résumés, applicant logs, and employee forms. You will also issue employment contracts and verify completion, guide candidates through the recruiting process, and coordinate day-to-day activities with the HR Manager. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to employees and management, and for maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records.
