Join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative product packaging. We are seeking an experienced Jr. Packaging Designer to support our creative team in crafting functional, brand-aligned, and visually appealing packaging solutions.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires creativity, attention to detail, and excellent collaboration skills. The successful candidate will work closely with our creative team to develop consistent print-ready artwork, adapt existing designs across formats and sizes, and support the refinement of our packaging assets.

Responsibilities
  • Creative Asset Development: Assist in creating innovative packaging designs that meet brand guidelines, legal requirements, and deadlines.
  • Design Execution: Prepare print-ready artwork and maintain MaryRuth's brand consistency.
  • Design Adaptation: Adapt existing designs across various formats, sizes, and product lines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, product development, and compliance teams to ensure seamless communication and design execution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in packaging design, preferably with at least 1 year in a coordinator or similar role.
  • Skills: Intermediate proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., graphic design, fine arts).
