Job Overview

We are seeking a Creative Packaging Designer to support the development of product packaging by assisting the creative team in creating functional, brand-aligned, and visually appealing packaging solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Creative Asset Development & Execution: Prepare consistent print-ready artwork alongside the compliance team, ensuring all brand guidelines, legal requirements, and deadlines are met.
  • Design Adaptation: Adapt existing packaging designs across formats, sizes, and product lines.
  • Packaging Asset Development: Support the development and refinement of packaging assets to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Brand Consistency & Optimization: Maintain brand guidelines and ensure that all creative outputs adhere to established standards.
  • Team Contribution: Ensure that the creative team has appropriate access to renders within the database and Bynder, support communication flow, and research trends.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in packaging design.
  • Intermediate proficiency in design software, preferably Adobe Illustrator.
  • Demonstrated experience in packaging design for DTC and retail is preferred; CPG experience also a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
