Job Opportunity: Structural Packaging Designer

We are seeking a skilled Packaging/Carton Designer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and developing folding carton structures that meet specific product dimensions and client requirements.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Designing dielines and 3D prototypes using ArtiosCAD or Cimex CAD Design
  • Collaborating with clients and production teams to ensure accurate specs and production readiness
  • Developing box styles and materials based on product protection, cost-efficiency, and branding
  • Maintaining organized project files and version control
  • Optimizing structural design for manufacturability and assembly

To succeed in this role, you must have the following qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in folding carton/structural packaging design
  • Proficient in ArtiosCAD or Cimex CAD Design
  • Strong understanding of packaging materials, die-cutting, gluing, and finishing processes
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into packaging solutions
