Automation Process Specialist

The ideal candidate is a detail-driven professional who excels at optimizing business processes and integrating systems. They will design, implement, and maintain efficient automations that incorporate n8n, Airtable, Microsoft Power Automate/Power Query, and various APIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement process enhancements.
  • Develop and manage automated workflows using n8n to ensure seamless execution across multiple business systems.
  • Connect and synchronize Airtable, Microsoft ecosystem tools, JIRA, Basecamp, and other SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.
  • Design and manage Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations to streamline data handling, reporting, and operational dashboards.
  • Create and manage API integrations with project management, CRM, and communication tools to eliminate manual work.
  • Monitor automated workflows, troubleshoot errors, and optimize performance for reliability and scalability.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with n8n workflow automation (must-have).
  • Strong proficiency in Airtable (schemas, formulas, automations, API integration).
  • Skilled in Power Automate and Power Query for Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp, including automation of tasks and reporting.
