This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Web Engineering Manager. As a member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our web applications.

  • Leads the development and maintenance of web applications through technical leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Responsible for designing and implementing well-tested and documented software in web technologies or Flutter.

  • Ensures sound engineering principles are applied throughout the development process.

  • Collaborates with community and colleagues on technical specifications and participates in code reviews.

  • Contributes to technical documentation to make it the best of its kind.

  • Knowledgeable and passionate about web and software development.

  • Values soft skills and is passionate, enterprising, thoughtful, and self-motivated.

  • Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or STEM, or a compelling narrative about alternative path.

  • Drive and a track record of going above and beyond expectations.

  • Well-organised, self-starting, and able to deliver to schedule.

  • Professional manner in interacting with colleagues, partners, and community.

  • Experience designing and writing high-quality web technologies.

  • Experience with and passion for Typescript, React, or Flutter.

  • An eye for accessibility and performance.

  • Professional written and spoken English.

  • Experience with Linux (Debian or Ubuntu preferred).
