Order-to-Cash Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Quantumgroup Philippines. As a key member of our order-to-cash process, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting service standards through effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone or in writing to address their requests and concerns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote the long-term success of each account and the overall portfolio.
- Analyze problems, determine solutions, and implement corrective actions to meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records and reconcile unused credits and payments to outstanding invoices.
- Lead conference calls to resolve issues and ensure seamless communication among stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of logistics industry trends, products, services, and processes performed by the team.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP FI module.
- Strong accounting background and knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
