About the Role
This Business Operations Specialist position plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of the Order Management Process at Canon Australia.
As part of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for owning and managing the end-to-end process, from quote creation to delivery. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and complete quotes, meeting customer contract SLAs, and resolving any issues that may arise.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Contract Management, to create complex orders and ensure timely invoicing. Additionally, you will be responsible for administering month-end procedures, such as customer query accruals and support sheet accruals.
This role requires strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to interpret and manipulate complex data. If you are a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with a passion for order management, we encourage you to apply.
