Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Settlement Operations Manager to oversee the timely settlement of acquisitions and dispositions. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership and coordination skills, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure prompt processing of acquisitions to expedite property listing
  • Act as a dedicated customer representative throughout the settlement process
  • Review and enter contracts/settlement statements into our CRM system
  • Manage relationships with title companies and ensure timely settlements
  • Collaborate on property marketing, including professional photography and online listings
  • Partner with the construction department to ensure project completion prior to listing
  • Contribute to the company's expansion into new geographic markets
About You
  • You have 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry
  • You possess a High School Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • You have excellent communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • You excel in a dynamic work environment
